Slope drilling units
The Morath 3-wheeled drilling unit was especially designed for use on steep slopes and embankments. This allows drilling to be carried out with low machine weights and in difficult and dangerous on-site conditions.

A remote control simplifies work in difficult terrain and makes it safer. The operator is thus outside the danger zone.
A clever guy rope technique makes it possible to quickly and safely move and position the drill on any terrain. Thanks to the specially developed drill kinematics with three points and the low weight, setup work and setup time are considerably reduced, thus maximising efficiency and daily drilling performance.
The energy required for the 3-wheeled drilling unit is generated by a separate hydraulic power pack set up at a central location, from where it transfers the hydraulic energy via hose bundles. Previously very complex construction projects can thus be carried out safely, quickly and above all at low cost.
