Open-House-Day with the training fair

On Sunday, May 29, 2022 we opened our hall gates to the expectant public. On the open day with the apprenticeship fair, all eyes sparkled with enthusiasm, as it was not only our innovative Morath products to see, but also the state-of-the-art machinery with which they are produced. Many visitors were amazed to experience at close quarters how the individual components are manufactured on the CNC machine. During round trips with the Fendt 724 tractor or being lifted to a height of 25m in the cage of the Morath BK726 drilling crane, we had great fun to see that our machines are capable of more than just drilling. Of course, this function was also demonstrated - with an excellent performance of the brand new BR8010 drilling caterpillar. Visitors also got highly impressed by the drilling excavators and the various attachments which were exhibited at the outdoor area. Many guided tours through the Morath premises and the opening of the state-of-the-art metalworking shop rounded the day off and made it a memorable experience.

Another highlight - and not just for young people - was the training course. Among other activities, visitors had the chance to make their own personal watch to take home. And each training profession could be experienced -from ordering the individual parts as an industrial clerk to the completion of the product as an agricultural and construction machinery mechanic. Here, the visitors learned about the training workshop and the various apprenticeships and they took the opportunity to talk to our employees, supervisors and trainees. Technology has always been our great passion and we are happy that we could generate enthusiasm for our company and the training options among our visitors.
